Include attachments when moving tickets (and various other enhancements)

Description

We've developed various patches to the DatamoverPlugin which:

  • Support copying attachments along with tickets
  • Switch to using the 0.11 API
  • Add ability to change the component and cc fields when moving tickets

I'm attaching all the patches here since they overlap; if this is problematic I can move them into different tickets

Hmmm ; patch 0 rejected for blacklisted patterns so put them on the web instead... and will try attach what I can

Our company uses this plugin heavily. We've recently moved to trac 0.11. Is there an ETA on when this will be available? Thanks.

This works and we did a fair amount of stuff with it.

I suspect the nature of this plugin is that it's easy for people to work on it when they need a migration, then abandon it. If you use it often you may be a better maintainer. In the mean time, you can

  • wait for coderanger to get back to the patch (with some gentle encouragement on IRC)
  • Patch the code yourself using what I submitted, and report back whether it works - this may help acceptance of the patches

What are all the references to htdocs and js files? I downloaded the most recent version of the plugin off trac-hacks and I don't have any of those directories.

Sorry ... confusion on my part. I am cool with the last question I asked now ... but I cannot get the attachmentsmove.patch patch to take ... I always get failures.

  • Hunk #1, #3, and #4 on util.py
  • Hunk #1, #2, and #3 on ticket.py
  • Hunk #1 on setup.py

Anybody else have this problem?
