Description

SQL to extract tickets for a that have been modified for range of 5 days or less and displays the "Change History" of the last entry

Please reopen if you can assign this to the correct plugin. Also, it sounds like an enhancement, not a defect.

I dont and why this is considered an enhancement the "Change History" is displayed when the tickets is opened why cant it be queried. I think it stinks the ticket is closed and called an enhancement without an explanation.

Change Properties
Set your email in Preferences
Action
as closed The owner will remain anonymous.
The resolution will be deleted. Next status will be 'reopened'.

Add Comment


E-mail address and name can be saved in the Preferences.
