Description

i have installed this plugin and the ticket report "Clinet work Summary" "Tick Hours Group By Client","Ticket Hours Grouped By Client with Description" have errors said "Report execution failed: Dynamic variale '$NEW' not defined " how can I deal with the problem ,and where to define the "$NEW". Please help me,thank you

Just like the other reports that are part of TimingAndEstimationPlugin, they are not meant to be run directly.

Use the "Management" screen that is part of the TimingAndEstimationPlugin to view the report and automatically insert the correct dynamic variables.

(I need to update the Wiki Page to explain this more clearly!!)

Change Properties
Set your email in Preferences
Action
as closed The owner will remain Colin Guthrie.
The resolution will be deleted. Next status will be 'reopened'.

Add Comment

E-mail address and name can be saved in the Preferences.
