Add captcha to account registration

Description

Bots can get around the captcha by registering an account and then posting spam comments directly, so it would be useful for the captcha to be in place on the account registration page.

To filter registration, use ​SpamFilter.

Set your email in Preferences
Action
as closed The owner will remain Rob McMullen.
The resolution will be deleted. Next status will be 'reopened'.
