Description
Configuring announcer has changed. Explain the two sections of the preferences on the wiki. (announcer,subscriptions). announcer configures the individual subscriptions and subscriptions disables/enables and controls the priority of subscriptions.

Sounds like a great idea. I'm going to polish up some more things in announce before I startup on documentation. I'm not sure everything is in it's final state yet. I'd love some feedback if anyone has a chance to install trunk.

I have been testing the trunk version on the Tracv0.12. Things seem to be working well so far out of the box. However, the lack of documentation for the trunk version is somewhat frustrating.
Found this ticket while looking for a way of customizing the default subscription rules. It would be great to know more about the [subsrciptions] section.

Agree on ticket type and severity, but on priority not so much.
Nobody else could do it better/faster than the original author, but he's rather busy with other code these days. As long as we have database issues blocking our way, they should be dealt with first, right? Afterwards I'm ok with giving it higher priority again.
Meanwhile it would be nice to see documentation growing here at trac-hacks.org, so we'll have a candidate for the recommended built-in wiki page later on. Patches welcomed, or just build a wiki page linked to AnnouncerPlugin front page (preferred). Someone up for contributions?

Please upgrade to Trac 1.2, which has integrated the core of AnnouncerPlugin. Please raise the issue on the trac:MailingList if you encounter the issue with Trac 1.2.
It would be convenient if you install wiki-page, like it done by TimingAndEstimationPlugin or WorkLogPlugin. Than I can write "AnnouncerPluginUserManual.ru" for TracWikiNegotiatorPlugin, maybe someone will contribute other languages..
