Consider InterMapTxt and InterTrac before deciding a link is broken

Description
For example, it might be that MoinMoin is a camel case string and there is no MoinMoin wiki page, but MoinMoin is defined as an InterMapTxt prefix or InterTrac identifier, which makes it a valid link.

This feature was added automagically in changeset r14058.
The new way of checking links incorporates this automatically, because it renders the Wiki pages first and then looks for unresolved links.
InterMapTxt and InterTrac links that are resolved will be ignored, unresolved ones will be reported as missing.
