Use Google Maps to display address

Description

This plugin is used to insert an address on a wiki page, which is rendered as a ​Google map that includes this wiki page and all other pages that have addresses and are nearby.

Both these examples will render a Google map onto your wiki page:

[[Address("123 Any Street, Anytown, NY 14450","Some Location")]]

[[Address("123 Any Street, Anytown, NY 14450")]]

This is an alpha release. You'll need to put your API key in the place indicated in address/macro.py, and create the wikiaddress table in sql/wikiaddress.sql.
