Announce Trac changes to Slack service

Description

This is a plugin to announce Trac changes to ​Slack service via incoming webhook. Slack is a team collaboration tool and built around creating a database of organizational knowledge and integrates with Google Drive, Trello, Dropbox, Heroku and GitHub. It is proprietary licensed.
