Authenticate user based on Rack&Pin production membership

Description

This is a plugin to authenticate users against the ​Rack&Pin web service. OAuth2 authentication is either against any valid Rack&Pin user or against a particular production. Rack&Pin is a web-enabled platform for event and entertainment producers.
