protect login and registration with a skimpyGimpy CAPTCHA

Description

The CaptchaAuthPlus plugin puts a skimpyGimpy CAPTCHA on the registration page to protect from unwanted bots. Also puts a captcha on the login after 3 failed login attempts. Requires the AccountManagerPlugin. The registration captcha requires AccountManager's registration module to be enabled.

This plugin is based on CaptchaAuthPlugin but does not depend on it.
