Description
Easy citation of resources. Gives wiki-pages the equivalent to LaTeX's \cite{} and \makeindex commands. Also see #453

Example
In the Mythical Man-Month [[Cite(brooks95,author=Fred Brooks,title=The Mythical Man-Month: Essays on Software Engineering,year=1995,publisher=Addison-Wesley, url=http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Mythical_Man-Month)]] there is an much referenced article, No Silver Bullet. You can also cite other stuff [[Cite(cite,Citation plugin,url=http://trac-hacks.org/wiki/CiteMacro)]] and cite it more then once with the lable. [[Cite(cite)]] Then on the bottom of the page use [[Cite(references))]] to generate the references.
