Wiki Compatibility Plugins for Sycamore and Moin-Like Wikis

Description

This plugin contains a set of plugins that used to port wikis that use ​Sycamore. They might also be useful for other moin-like systems.

• Anchor creates an named anchor.
• MailTo obscures mail addresses
• Nbsp inserts a non-breaking space
• Note is a comment.
• Stop directs users to a Talk page for the entry
