I'd love to see ticket lifetime (time between ticket creation and resolution: min, average and max) displayed in the ticket statistics. Would it be possible to add?

To be more exact: Statistics at the top of the "ticket stats" page shows information on ticket creation (overall ticket count, tickets per year, month, day, etc.) I'd be very much interested in statistics on ticket reolution (overall resolved ticket count, resolved tickets per year, month, day, shortest/longest/average time until resolution, ...) Would be a great way of showing what we have achieved over the last year!
