Where does the MathJax lib go locally?

Description

Hi,

The documentation says to put the MathJax download "somewhere the server can read it" - but where do I set the parameters so the clients know where to get it? Clients are loading a remote version (from rackcdn.com).

Hi Sam,

Sorry for the confusion, I just released 0.3 of MathJax yesterday which now uses their CDN instead of requiring users to download it. The change was made based on a bunch of user feedback and in the interest of making it easier to keep updated with the latest version of MathJax.

I've now clarified the wiki documentation.
