Should cache PDF/PNG instead of regenerating at each page visit

Description

Each time I visit ​http://code.chenca.org/wiki/trac2latex, it takes a very long time, and when I check the date/time stamp on the attachments, I see that they are regenerated on every page load. This seems like a bad idea in general; the page loads are very slow, and a popular site would be swamped by the load.

Technically, this is only an enhancement, but in practice this is going to keep me from using this plugin on a real site (though I will try it experimentally).
