please, create 0.4.2 release with unicode fix for trac 0.10

Description

latest stable source for trac 0.10 is ​http://trac-hacks.org/svn/tagsplugin/tags/0.4.1 but it work only with english words. trunk have patch for this. please, create new tag 0.4.2 for fixed unicode version. revision 2488 - last before port to 0.11. thanks ! :)
