TracBacks only works from comments, should also work for ticket description

Description

if you write a new ticket that references others, no comment is made on the other tickets. TracBacksPlugin should have this functionality

patch also supports ticket:3849 format for ticket linking.

Modify Ticket

Change Properties
Set your email in Preferences
Action
as closed The owner will remain Mel Chua.
The resolution will be deleted. Next status will be 'reopened'.

Add Comment

E-mail address and name can be saved in the Preferences.
