Comment change should generate an entry in comment history or logfile

Description

If a comment is changed the previous version of the comment is lost. An entry with the diff as comment would be nice.

Alternatively the diff could be logged to a file.

Mantis has this feature. It is something I have missed and hope we can add into Trac at some point.

Status: new → closed

This feature has been added to Trac in th:#454, therefore I think it is not worth the effort to add this feature.

Change Properties
Set your email in Preferences
Action
as closed The owner will remain Sergei Luchko.
The resolution will be deleted. Next status will be 'reopened'.

Add Comment

E-mail address and name can be saved in the Preferences.
