Option to append wiki page source, date/time, and revision info

Description

I've been able to include date/time of export information in the footer of wiki pages using the available options, however it would be nice to have the option to append something like the following to the end of each exported wiki page:

Exported by <username> on <date> from <url> at page revision <rev>.

A more general approach might be taken of appending a specified wiki page inline at the end of the single page wiki export. That page could then contain text such as the following:

Exported by <username> on <date> from <url> at page revision <rev>.

It is not completely clear to me how to go about passing variables to a page, though this is done when creating a NewHack on THO.
