Permissions for component field values

Description

Hi,

I am trying to make the Trac component field work like you have described for ticket_type

[blackmagic] permissions = MASTER_OF_PERMISSIONS, TICKET_RAISE_DEFECT [...] ticket_type.defect = TICKET_RAISE_DEFECT ticket_type.task = TICKET_ADMIN component.component_name = TICKET_RAISE_DEFECT

where users with the permission TICKET_RAISE_DEFECT would be able to choose component.component_name but the other components would not be selectable.

Would it be possible to do this? I would be willing to help with this change...I need it for a client soonish. I am an experienced python programmer.

Modify Ticket

Change Properties
Set your email in Preferences
Action
as closed The owner will remain obs.
The resolution will be deleted. Next status will be 'reopened'.

Add Comment

E-mail address and name can be saved in the Preferences.
