Support Multi-repository (Trac .12) Hook Administration

Description

Currently, in Trac .12, this plugin will only apply the hooks to the default repository of Trac. In our case we are using SVN as our repository.

Thnx for your interest in RepositoryHookSystemPlugin .

Compatibility with 0.12 right now is not set as high priority task. It is also a major development considering that this version contains some architectural changes in VCS API.

All that means that, even if this is a very important feature, it might take a while to be implemented (considering the time I have right now to maintain Trac plugins and migrate to 0.12 ).

Nonetheless, if you (or anybody else) need this feature with urgency, I'd be open to higher this ticket's priority if you can support its development . If you want to do it on your own please let me know so that I can review the code. If you prefer me to develop everything as soon as possible then I need to leave some other projects behind so , please, don't hesitate and ​contact me.
