svn repository layout doesn't support installing with easy_install

Description

I'm installing a bunch of plugins, and most plugins support installation using easy_install http://url/to/svn/for/the/module

For CodeExampleMacro, I had to change the URL manually to

http://trac-hacks.org/svn/codeexamplemacro/0.11/codeexample-plugin-en instead of using the "here" link on the wiki page: http://trac-hacks.org/svn/codeexamplemacro

If nothing else, I suggest the wiki page is updated with this information.

Yeah, I agree. Any objections to reorganizing by removing the codeexample-plugin-en directory and moving everything up one level? I'd be happy to take care of that change.
