Limit drop-down choices based on a previous selection

Description

This does not appear to be possible currently, but... would love to have some ability to, upon selection of a major component, to limit the following drop-down sub-component list to relevant options. For example, if on "component" I select "Windows" then sub-component list should only contain options that are legitimate... "Control Panel", "Print Spooler", "Explorer", ".NET Runtime", and so on.

Set your email in Preferences
Action
as closed The ticket will remain with no owner.
The resolution will be deleted. Next status will be 'reopened'.

Add Comment

E-mail address and name can be saved in the Preferences.
