The uploaded column should display on a single line unless the page is too narrow

Description

When the Uploaded column is shown, it uses 2 lines, even if the page is wide enough that it only needs to occupy a single line.

I'm going to create a fork on BitBucket within the next few weeks, push a couple of patches up there, and then ask for your review and permission to pull them into the t-h.o repository. Does that sounds like something you'd be open to?

Hi. Concerning this ticket the twoline Uploaded column was designed to be consistent with DiscussionPlugin Last Reply column. If your proposed behavior will be configurabe via trac.ini option, let's say multiline_uploaded_column with default value true, I'll include it upstream.

Concerning other fixex or improvements it depends on particular cases.

Anyway, thank you for your interest in DownloadsPlugin.
