Allow web-admin to define the fields that should show up as columns

Description

Currently you can define all fields of the table like

file version tags component size author id description time count

whether they should show up or not only via the trac.ini file. However not every Trac web-admin has also corresponding (root?) privileges for the webserver. Instead it would be an enhancement to let the web-admin decide

(a) which of these fields should show up and

(b) in which order (from left to right) they should appear.

I should remember that before but there is a IniAdminPlugin which does (a) so I don't see reason to implement specialized version of this aggain. (b) is implemented with r5599 so I'm closing the ticket.

Set your email in Preferences
Action
as closed The owner will remain Radek Bartoň.
The resolution will be deleted. Next status will be 'reopened'.
